We ship all orders worldwide from our HQ in Melbourne, Australia. Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

All orders shipping to the UK, Australia and New Zealand are shipped duty-paid. There is no extra fees at checkout or on delivery.

For the rest of the world, the shipping price does not include local import taxes or duties. Depending on your location, your parcel may be subject to these costs, and these expenses are not the responsibility of Candice and must be paid by the customer.

An email will be sent to your email with tracking details once the parcel has been packed and processed. For international customers, the tracking number received by Australia Post can be used within the system of your local national delivery courier.

You are welcome to return your order or any item for store credit. Please contact us at orders@candiceforyou.com to receive the correct return address. Your item/s must be in its original condition and packing, with tags attached. The customer is responsible for any return postage costs, unless there is a fault with the item.

Yes, you can exchange any item when stock is still available. Once the item is returned and inspected, you will be provided a store credit code to re-order the desired item. If there are small stock numbers, we can hold a product for you if you provide the tracking details of the returned item. Candice will hold an item for you, but holds the right to make it available again if the item is not returned within a reasonable time.

We can only modify an order if it has not been processed or dispatched yet. If you have ordered the wrong item or given an incorrect delivery address please get in contact with us immediately so we can amend the order.

You can place your order via Debit card, Credit card or Paypal or Afterpay.

Your order can be cancelled up to the point of it being processed and dispatched. A full refund will be processed for you upon order cancellation.

Each item is provided with care instructions. We always suggest cold wash, no tumble dry. Some specific items will be recommended for hand or dry wash only.
