Orders are shipped out within 3 business days of your order being placed. Please allow this time for us to process, pick and pack your order. You will receive a confirmation of shipment and tracking number via email once your order has been processed for both domestic & international orders.

Please ensure you type your address carefully, and that it is a secure receiving address. We are not responsible for user errors or missing parcels if the tracking states correct delivery.

We offer free shipping to certain countries based on the following order amount:

Australia - Free shipping on orders over $180.00 AUD.
UK - Free shipping on orders over £150.00
New Zealand - Free Shipping on orders over $200.00 NZD.
USA - Free shipping on orders over $220.00 USD.
Europe - Free shipping on orders over $250.00 AUD.
Canada - Free shipping on orders over $300.00 CAD.

Orders are shipped from our Australian HQ via DHL Express Worldwide for overseas and Australia Post for local deliveries.

International orders are shipped out in our regular posting cycle so please allow up to 3 days for shipping to commence. We ship all international orders via DHL Express Worldwide.

UK and USA:
Orders shipped to the UK and USA are sent Delivered Duties Paid. This means all applicable duties and taxes are included in the price of products, so you won’t need to make any additional payments upon delivery.

Rest of World:
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or fees and are the responsibility of the customer. If these charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us by the carrier, a refund will be issued once the order arrives back at our warehouse. This refund will be for the original order amount minus any return-to-sender fees passed on to us due to the refusal or non-payment of duties and taxes.

Shipping costs vary depending on size, weight and location of your delivery. We aim to get the lowest prices as possible from Australia Post and update prices based on the best current cost.

We will happily offer a swap or exchange, via store credit, for any purchases within 14 days of receiving. Returned items must not be worn and still be in original packaging with tags. Shipping costs for exchanges will be at the customer's expense. Please check the size charts carefully before placing an order.

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing, so we recommend checking the size guides carefully before placing your order.
