SHIPPING & RETURNS:

RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can exchange for a new product or issue you with store credit. Exchanged items must not be worn and still be in original packaging with tags. Shipping costs for exchanges will be at the customers expense. Please check the size charts carefully before placing an order. We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders are shipped out within 3 days of your order being placed. Please allow this time for us to process, pick and pack your order. You will receive a confirmation of shipment and tracking number via email once your order has been processed with Australia Post for both domestic & international orders.

Please ensure you type your address carefully, any user errors are not the responsibility of Candice.

PRICING
Shipping costs vary depending on size, weight and location of your delivery. We aim to get the lowest prices as possible from Australia Post and update prices based on the best current cost.

Free shipping Australia wide on orders over $150 AUD.
Free shipping worldwide on orders over $200 USD.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped out in our regular posting cycle and please allow up to 3 days for shipping to commence. We ship all international orders via Australia Post and typical shipping times are 5-10 days however vary depending on your country and location within your country.

For international orders, customers are responsible for the products being lawfully imported into their country. Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Candice reserves the right to refuse any order without reason. Extreme care is taken to ensure all product information regarding price and stock availability is correct, but if a product is listed incorrectly, Candice reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order. If an order is cancelled, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you. Any funds received will be refunded to the payment method received. Orders can only be cancelled by you, prior to shipping. If your order has already been shipped, you will have to follow our returns policy. 

PRODUCTS
Please bare in mind that product colours displayed on our website may very slightly from colours on the actual product. While they will be very similar, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match due to varying display monitors.

FRAUD PROTECTION
Once an order has been placed, Candice reserves the right to request appropriate documents to verify your identity. This would be in the form of an email and documents requested may be a scan or image of a government-issued ID or utility bill such as phone, electrical, gas, etc along with the credit card used to purchase in order to confirm the payment method and details of the buyer. Whether we deem the documents to be sufficient enough to proceed with your order is in Candice’s discretion.
