CANDICE X HIGHS AND LOWS

To mark two decades of Highs and Lows, we came together to work on the 20 Years Tour, a capsule rooted in process, reference and quiet clarity. While the occasion gestures to our past, the collection leans more into how we got here than where we’ve been. Both brands work through instinct and accumulation, drawn to the kind of influences that aren’t obvious at first: the cover of a 90s record, the way a building wears with time, or how a found object can carry more feeling than function.

Across the collection, visual cues come from a wide orbit. You’ll find impressions of Alice in Chains cover art, the logic of stone forms, and textures lifted from surrealist photography. There are nods to painting as structure and design objects as source material, with nothing too precious. The collection as a whole is the embodiment of both brands and their ethos, a weight of everything that’s fed into the final forms. It’s design as re-assembly, a method that both brands use naturally.

The result is a series of garments that move between familiarity and reinterpretation. Built between Boorloo and Naarm, the 20 Years Tour carries the kind of lived-in energy that comes from making things slowly, carefully and with intent. It’s a small but deliberate collection, layered, functional, referential without shouting about it. A moment to reflect, not just on the last 20 years, but on how influence and memory keep shaping what’s next.

The collection will be available from Saturday, July 26th at 10am AWST / 12pm AEST.
