Orders are shipped out within 3 days of your order being placed. Please allow this time for us to process, pick and pack your order. You will receive a confirmation of shipment via email once your order has been processed with Australia Post for both domestic & international orders.
Once your parcel has been shipped we cannot issue refunds. We can exchange products for store credit within 5 days of the customer receiving, however any shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Exchanged items must not be worn and must be in original packaging with tags. Please check size guides carefully as we don’t refund or exchange for wrong choice of size.
